Application Developer (Consultant) (2008 – present)
Build and maintain applications that update the Foreclosure system (FORTRACS), which is part
of the Home Equity division. Develop and maintain code in Perl and Oracle PL/SQL Procedures.
• Currently working on converting and loading Washington Mutual’s Bankruptcy,
Foreclosure, and REO Notes information into FORTRACS system.
• Developed and implemented the Early Resolution (ER) interface to the FORTRACS
system. An application hosted by Computer Science Corporation (CSC), to evaluate and
decide the appropriate loss migration workout plan for loans.

Senior Software Engineer (1998 – 2008)
Built and maintained applications that converted vendor data for the News, Business, and
Financial departments. The majority of the code that I wrote and supported was written in C++
using Rogue Wave. Developed and maintained XSLT applications. C++ and XLST applications
ran in an UNIX and Linux environment. Also developed and maintained Perl and UNIX scripts.
Because the data was transferred to the mainframe to be processed, I also created and supported
JCL jobs. Some of the projects that I worked:
• Member of the Disaster Recovery Team for Nexis Content Engineering & Operations
Developed and implemented a recovery plans for the of the news and business publications.
• PGP Migration
Developed and maintained the PGP procedures for securing sensitive data. Two of the Credit
Bureau, Experian and Equifax switched from SFTP to PGP. I implemented the process for
receiving the data on the UNIX and mainframe platform.
Software Engineer (1996 – 1998)
Maintained and supported the SEC EDGAR system. The EDGAR system was a contract under
BDM, which stored SEC filings for the government. The system was written in PL/I and was ran
on the mainframe. Also wrote and maintained programs in C++ and PL/I.
Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Dayton, Ohio 1989-1996
While with CSC, the company was contracted to develop the Stock Control & Distribution
system (SC&D) for the United States Air Force (USAF). The purpose of the SC&D system was
to track the shipping and billing of Air Force supplies.
Senior Software Engineer (1995 – 1996)
Maintained programs written for the Army’s Distribution Standard System (ADSS). Programs
were written in APS COBOL.
Senior Software Engineer (1994 – 1995)
Built and maintained applications for the Stock Control System (SCS). SCS was a project to
rewrite SC&D for all the military services. Responsibilities included Team Lead in charge of
studying the SC&D system, providing the system specification for SCS, writing Acceptance and
Exit Criteria for implementation of File Designs, coordinating the development and modification
of programs for SC&D and SCS.
Software Engineer (1989 – 1994)
Built and maintained applications for the Air Force’s Stock Control & Distribution (SC&D)
system. The majority of the code was written in COBOL, CIS COBOL, and IDEAL. The
applications were run on IBM 30XX systems. Maintained programs written in Telxon TCAL for
the RF-PIT.
