Natco Group, Inc., Houston, Texas – 2008 to present:
Sr. Financial Analyst (corporate) Perform consolidation reporting for a $750 million publicly
traded company with 15 reporting units. Responsibilities include preparing statement of cash
flow, balance sheet and income statement. Extensive used of foreign currency translation,
percentage-of-completion, acquisitions and CTA analysis. Act as a main point contact in dealing
with external as well as internal auditors on financial reporting matters.
Urban Lofts Townhomes, Houston, Texas – 2006 to 2008:
“Hands-on” at management level for a growing multi-state residential townhome developer.
Oversee finance and accounting operations, job cost reporting and financial reporting for 20
limited partnerships. Implemented policies and procedures and assisted in negotiating bank loans.
Developed in-house software using Visual Basic .Net and VBA to generate custom “cost-to-
complete” job cost reports and projection reports in MS Excel. Performed consolidated financial
reporting and extensive financial projections.
