financial consultancy work related to the strategic management of large portfolios requiring investigation and/or remediation.

• Promoted to Regional Portfolio Manager in the Global URS Remediation Contract for ExxonMobil, a role typically reserved for someone 10

years my senior. Managed and designed the environmental risk assessment and remediation of a rolling portfolio of over 15 sites in London

and Southeast England worth $2.5 Million in fees and a team of 10 consultants and field scientists.

• Project managed the due diligence investigation for a site near the Olympic grounds in London, UK that was a part of a portfolio of sites

demanding a quick turnaround for a property developer.

• Headed the due diligence audit for the acquisition of a Russian oil services company by a US-based client.

• Served as an environmental auditor involved in the acquisition of over 80 Petroleum depot/transfer/retail sites in Ireland/Northern Ireland and

Northern UK.

• Headed an environmental assessment for a London Borough residential complex built on former industrial land. Initially involved a literature

review and desk study but progressed to a site investigation with groundwater, vapour and a human-health risk assessment for the site.
