The company specializes in; Lean Techniques, Six Sigma, 5S, Business Development,
Process and Departmental Re-Engineering, Restaurant Planning and Management, etc.

Reduced the supplier base by 31% within the first 6 months and further reclassified
16% saving the company over $350,000.
Created and Initiated a Supplier Relationship Management program with new
processes on the selection and qualification of suppliers.
Led a Six Sigma Black Belt project where we increased overall on-time delivery from
61% to 93%.
Led teams in the NH location to re-brand EADMotors to ElectroCraft New

Contracted to re-engineer the purchasing and pricing departments.
Conducted Kaizen events, one which increased effectiveness of processing purchase
orders by 79.2% by reducing process steps from 77 to 16.
Implemented 11 new processes to streamline the purchasing department to include
Supplier Relationship Management, Non-Conforming Materials (NCMs), First
Articles, Supplier Selection, etc.
Reviewed and updated pricing, 87% of which related to the previous loss in profits.
Assigned landed costs and margins for small purchases and for campaigns in excess of
10 million dollars.
Supply Chain Re-engineering/ Branding - Irving Oil Corporation 2002 -
2005
Re-engineered the convenience store and home heat divisions in the U.S and Canada
using Lean Six Sigma methodologies while reducing the supplier base by 81%.
Reduced shrink from 72% to 16% in 6 months and had successful minimization in the
Cost of Goods Sold.
Implemented a purchasing system that led to a decrease in purchasing personnel by
66%.
Led teams to help implement the “Blue Canoe” brand while overseeing the operational
branding budget in excess of 25 million dollars and 20 (plus) employees.
Worked with a team to create a new image with logo, color scheme, marketing
campaigns, merchandising strategies, etc.
Created project phases, customer appreciation rallies, and was responsible for the
project management, training volunteers, and negotiating contracts.
Actualized over $700,000 in savings with a project that lasted less than 1 month’s
