Profit and loss accountability for customers with $25M total revenue including John Deere, International Truck
and Engine, Paccar, Case New Holland, Dana, Bendix and Red Dot. Led cross-functional teams consisting of
design engineering, quality, marketing, field sales, customer service, USA process engineering, planning, and
Mexican factory process / quality engineering to drive business results.
Managed Deere model year 2010 pressure sensor redesign and successful production launch for 500K
sensors/year with $10M revenue/year.
• Managed design and supplier changes by coordinating required testing, validating production feasibility,
obtaining customer approval, and overseeing implementation to minimize excess / obsolete raw materials
and finished sensors. Changes reduced costs by $400k/year.
• Developed product “roadmap” aligning all functions to expected design, delivery, pricing, and changes
for subsequent 5 years. Made recommendations for required capital and resourcing expenditures for plan.
Launched new business opportunities by coordinating internal team to translate customer requirements to
design possibilities, evaluating technical design and manufacturing feasibility, analyzing costs and procured

• Conducted exhaustive LED market feasibility analysis which concluded LED market segment did not
align well with Sensata’s core strategy.

company vs. customer needs, and operational limitations of our Mexico / Korean factories.
