Technical Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst July 2000 – April 2004 Ft. Meade, MD

• Completed NSA three year Internship; worked on three technical ELINT panels with 2,100 course hours

• Taught as certified instructor for three NSA and U.S. Army’s technical SIGINT courses

• Executed in-dept analyst and published results on 150 signals into the data repository for community use

• Provided direct real-time ELINT support to the Chief of Staff of the Army at the Pentagon

Radar Warning Receiver Reprogramming Manager August 1997 – July 2000 Kelly AFB, TX

• Led as the U.S. Army’s Branch Chief for a joint-service operation; served as the Contracting Officer Technical

Representative (COTR) for two contractors

• Managed the cost, schedule, performance of software and programs used in the reprogramming process

• Processed 80,000 signals through the various simulation processes supporting regional areas of the world for the Army’s
