A Hewitt HR solution for the client’s defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare plans. Implementation was one of the
largest projects undertaken at the same time to provide the client with over 30,000 participants access to an all our around working
solution. Provided project planning, system analysis and design including requirements definition, user support activities, testing,
configuration and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Worked with daily valuation team to verify prices for the new fund line up. Created transition plan to capture all required
changes and communication channels with TRUST and fund managers.
Configured and customized key retirement depletion processes for several payment activities vital for a successful
implementation.
Monitored the progress of module and unit completion and communicated team schedule and status information to the
Benefits Implementation Manager, Systems Project Manager, and Lead Systems Analyst as appropriate.
Collaborated with senior management to ensure TBA SDLC is followed throughout the implementation for the timely
