GPO Contract Administration (Strategic National Accounts)

Prepare and manage Group Buys for all Group Purchasing Contracts across all modalities,

Interact with third party consulting firms to ensure compliance with GPO contracts,

Verify GPO membership lists, and ensure that facilities are linked to GPO in SAP via Roster Affiliations,

Prepare reports capturing equipment quotes and Group Buy sales orders, and calculate admin fees to GPO,

Prepare invitations to bid for any new contracts, and

Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions.

Government Contract Administration

Prepare and negotiate renewals for the Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center (VANAC) and

Department of Defense (DOD) by working with the Director of Government Sales and Federal Account

Manager to develop revisions to expiring contracts,

Respond to the VANAC Quarterly Capital Equipment Purchase RFQ, ensuring submission is according to

the terms of the government contract,

Coordinate the solicitation process, ensuring final submissions are complete and timely,

Prepare sales reports for presentment to the Director of Government Sales, and

Prepare Quarterly Commercial Sales Reports to ensure the Government receives best pricing.

Contract Database Maintenance

Enter and validate all contract information via Siebel, including contract pricing, administrative fee

percentages, and all other account information,

Perform contract maintenance, including updating agreement, entitlement, discount and pricelist

information,

Ensure in Siebel that GPO and Government stations receive correct pricing,

Verify all quotations received by GPO and Government stations are accurate and according to terms,

Formally request inspections on all capital equipment purchases for government orders, and

Prepare additions to the quarterly price books, and enter new pricing into the Siebel system.

Reporting & Analytics

Assist in the development of the Sub-contracting Plan,

Prepare Discount Analysis Reports,

Prepare reporting and analysis around potential Government contracts, determining causes for

success/failure,

Prepare reporting to validate that pricelists maintained in Siebel accurately reflect current pricing, and

Support National Account Manager's request for pricing, including rate submissions.

Statement One (Start-up opportunity) Manager - Integration Services 2000 – 2002

Perform all account management, contract pricing, and reporting duties for a start-up company specializing in financial statement

aggregation via the web. Responsible for all customer relationship management (CRM) functions, including the identification of

new clients, pricing and service negotiations with potential clients, contract management, training of new clients (both in person

and via web based products), day-to-day customer inquiry resolutions, and all other general account management.
