• Designed a system to migrate legacy data from several incompatible systems to the corporate standard system using a

standardized format defined for all subsequent conversions.

• Performed all phases of year-2000 upgrade on Annuity and Universal Life administration systems.

• Supervised a language upgrade from DOS/VS COBOL to IBM COBOL for VSE, including development of in-house
