Responsible for the execution of the sales plan, US$3.4MM, overseeing the sales process; supervised 7 direct
reports; managed key accounts to include: Pepsi, CocaCola, Amcor, Hielo Artico in the development of their
strategies; helped customers to get the market share determined by their objectives and achieved the financial
objectives projected by the Envases Caracas’ Stockholders; additionally, participated in the development of new
customers and necessary new products to innovate in the internal pet bottle market. Oversee the raw materials
and manufactured products vast inventories, size: 100-200K bottles, to determine the best strategic financial
decisions in order to get the best from the resources available.
Goals Achieved:
Recovered the pre-form business increasing more than 70% of the production in a sustainable manner.
Increased the revenues by making strategic decisions with key customers such as Cayetano Farias, Hielo
Artico, Amcor, and Pepsi.
Centralized the final products, raw material and third party’s inventories in controlled areas to increase
the physical inventory control.
Worked with Human Resources to develop new careers plan for each job position
Responsible for the daily financial decisions and resources distribution while the financial position was
unoccupied for many months. It implied the whole Budget: payroll, maintenance expenses, and projects.
The decision process improved avoiding delays waiting for the stockholders approval in many cases.
Managed the enterprise as a General Manager leading directly more than ten (10) people who had
responsibilities to coordinate operational and business activities with other 110 company employees.

Senior Development Representative, Andean Region, DTT Business
Delivered strong technical support to TiO2 customers, located in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, in
different segments: coatings (architectural, OEM, special purposes), paper (coated board) and plastic (master -
batch, PVC) working closely with main Tech and R&D labs in Wilmington, U SA, and Uberaba, Brazil; responsible for
the monthly forecast and marketing/technical reports to show the sales and marketing performance.
Goals Achieved:
Led the introduction of the TiO2 Slurry for the paper market in Latin America - Venezuela, developing a
multi-cross functional team to build the logistic to supply this product in a safety way, allowing DuPont to
switch a customer from 0% share on powder raw material to 100% share with slurry. This is remarkable
because of the environmental concerns associated with the safety handling of this novelty product.
