Monitor day-to-day operations of the health center to ensure compliance with regulations, protocols and

quality assurance standards.

Effectively hire, orient, train and evaluate health center staff.

Responsible for patient fee collection, daily reconciliation and closing, daily bank deposits and submission

of required reports to finance department.

Responsible for confidentiality of medical records and patient information, maintaining and transferring

medical records according to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.

Perform Quality Control for packing and shipping of specimen according to CLIA and OSHA regulations.

Handle multi-line phone system answering questions as appropriate and coordinating files.

Responsible for operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments including autoclave,

centrifuge, microscope and hemoglobin and glucose monitor.
