Experience Summary: SMIS Support and updates, Communication channel using Connect Remote application. DOE Support
Communication channel Client Access/ASYNC connection. TeleMagic Administrator/Support for the
Helpdesk in Modesto. Stearling Connect Remote Script writing deploying and support for over 1800 users
(Knowledge in Windows Registry, Scripts Written in Visual Basic 6.0 Testing packaging and deploying).
Responsible for all the Anti-Virus file definitions for MacAfee users. Generating new reports for FMM for
new brands on request in a Visual FoxPro environment generating on average of a total of 12000 reports
in Crystal Reports for all FMM users on a weekly basis Supporting and executing the numbers that are
received from the distributor network on a weekly basis using Telnet Sessions, Oracle and UNIX
commands. Transferring support techniques to CompuCom, Documentation and hands on processes

Brief description of my 1998 – 2002
responsibilities, Programming utilities for SMIS and DOE in Clipper environment. First line support for all the Distributor
Computer Languages SMIS Communications. Setup SMIS/DOE image for the computer rollout which was rolled out to over 500
and projects involved distributor’s nation wide. System administrator for the Remote Connect Manager/Sterling Commerce/FMM
communication supported close to 1200 users. System administrator for DOE communications (Client
Access/ASYNC). Maintained all updates for the FMM computers which consisted of writing scripts in Visual
Basic, VBA and pushing updates, Virus Difinations, Service Packs, Hot fixes to clients in the field.
Responsible for the processing SMIS numbers that were received from distributors that are part of the
Gallo Network for FMM reports. It consisted of using Telnet, UNIX, Oracle tables and Visual Basic GUI
interface. Responsible for creating and distributing FMM reports for new product reports generating close
to 12000 reports on a weekly basis and distributed to the FMM users Nation wide.
2002 - 2003
Setting up demos for Albertsons (AIMS) and Food Lion (ROAR). Coordinating with the purchase,
Installation and licenses for the dedicated Server (PHXAPP001), installing the appropriate software.
Completation of the front end for the AIMS. All the reports that were generated on the server was designed
and executed. The two demos have are finished with a future project in the works for the Food Lion Chain.
Documenting all procedures. Using Java, HTML and JavaScript report writer for the AIMS application.
Placing procedures to extract and place weekly data. Receiving flat files from Albertson's via FTP
procedure. Learning and using the Auto Pilot utility used by JDA to create auto script for shelf sets. Putting
together demos for the specific chains with requirements that the user has requested. Having direct
communications with the users. Recognizing all the needs for the user by incorporating all addictions for
the application. Listening and relaying the problem to the correct Group (Data Security, Network
