Develop and design test plan in support of the Department of Defense Single Integrated Air Picture program
(SIAP), collaborating on project metrics planning, as well as status reporting, and software engineering. Test and
verify the Track Management atomic entity of the SIAP model.

Experienced in the complete software development lifecycle, including the creation of system requirements

Design, develop, engineer, and support the NASA satellite Hubble Space Telescope (HST), collaborating on project
metrics planning, health/safety telemetry, as well as status reporting, and software engineering. Test and verify
ground system tools to support data extraction. Coordinate and facilitate six Battery Capacity Tests (BCT)
conducted annually. Oversee the supervision of staff, which included work allocation, training, and problem
resolution; evaluate operations and implement policies; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and
performance.

Experienced in the complete software development lifecycle, including the creation of system requirements

Tester in 46 separate HST Ground System Test cases with a 100% pass status. No documented errors
within the 46 test cases by the customer (HST Engineers/HST Operations) during any post-test period.
Spearheaded and facilitated the implementation of the ground system release Archive 1.0 to store and
maintain long-term archived data on spinning disk (or “spun media”) replacing AMASS tapes; significantly
increasing efficiencies, and enhancing synergies.
Promoted to the position of Systems Analyst II within Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc.
Recipient of numerous awards (BRAVO awards) due to excellence in upgrade initiatives, and the
successful completion of 6 Battery Capacity Tests conducted on the Hubble Space Telescope.
