Duties :

1. Perform General Ultrasound Examinations, including Abdomen, OB/GYN, Small parts

such as Thyroid, Scrotum, Non-vascular extremity, and Abdominal Doppler Studies such

as TIPS and Renal Doppler ultrasound; Pediatric ultrasound such as Infant Hips, Spinal

Canal and Pyloric Sonogram; and ultrasound guided interventional procedures such as

Thyroid Biopsy and Thoracentesis, ect.

2. Perform level II High Risk OB ultrasound twice a week under supervision of the

Perinatologists from Yale University Hospital.

3. Perform Vascular studies such as Arm and Leg DVT, Carotid, Lower vein map, Lower

ext artery graft and Doppler great vessels graft.

4. Perform Neonatal Brain sonogram.

Mentor/preceptor response for new hire sonographers and students.

3/2005 – Present American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer(ARDMS) in

Abdomen, OB/GYN and Neurosonology.
