• Provided technology intelligence and analysis for various clients in the field of new materials, products

Product Specialist/Sales Team
• Responsible for developing a prospect base from interested leads to full time customers. Required a
detailed understanding of the survey software in order to explain to potential customers as well as

Worked with the Partner and eRoom.net departments as eRoom rapidly expanded their strategic alliances and

• Created Partner Program offerings and advised which strategic partners to pursue within the Partner
Program.

Participated in the development of a newly formed Alliance Group within a Supply Chain Management
software company in the third stage of financing. Interacted and consulted directly with the CEO and all

• Aided in formulating the future direction of Yantra's software, including re-focusing on e-commerce
business software and strategic alliances with Internet firms.
• Researched and initiated strategic alliances with complementary software firms, hardware companies,
warehouse automation vendors and business/software implementation partners.
• Developed the direction and managed the alliance relationships through all stages, including Strategic
Assessment, Recruitment, Enablement and Ongoing Management.

Quality Engineer
Lead engineer in Quality Control, held responsibility for all failure analysis pertaining to in-house failures,
reliability, verification and customer returns for a semiconductor device manufacturing company.
• Coordinated and implemented all new process and product design qualifications.
• Developed and managed the Reliability and Analysis Laboratory, staffed by a quality operator and
technician.
• Significantly reduced the defect rate (PPM level) of the company, which elevated company sales.
• Successfully implemented ISO9001 qualification company-wide.
• Served as a liaison between all parts of the value chain; suppliers, manufacturing plants, sales groups and
customer relationships.

Materials Researcher & Engineer
Participated in a high-tech start-up company. As a member of this small venture wore many hats and was
involved in both technological and business-related issues.
• Researched and developed advanced, high-tech thin films for application in the semiconductor,
industrial, and medical fields.
