• As the first CFO of a newly formed federally qualified health center with no financial structure in place, a cost-

saving billing system was implemented resulting in third party payments of more than $1,500,000 over a three year

• Developed and implemented Fiscal Policies and Procedures manual as well as the chart of accounts resulting in
