employees in the 400,000 square foot facility.
Resolves shift staffing issues by ensuring all schedules and releases are met.
Provides performance coaching and/or counseling of individuals for unacceptable performance relating
to safety, quality, productivity and/or inappropriate behaviors to include disciplinary action if required to
resolve performance issue.
Collects and distributes daily shift reports.
Ensures safety & housekeeping procedures are followed. Accountable for overall shift performance in areas of safety,
housekeeping, quality, waste and production. Takes necessary actions to ensure goals are achieved.
Notifies department manager/s of equipment breakdowns which exceed or will exceed two hours in duration.
Develops and/or implements safety procedures and supports the efforts of HS&E in achieving plant safety goals.
Completes all shift accident investigations within 24 hour period. Takes appropriate corrective action to eliminate the
safety risk identified through the investigation process.
Conducts emergency drills as defined by HS&E.
