I have worked as an Estimator, Project Manager and Construction Manager in the

Heavy & Highway,Site Development, and Subdivision Construction Industry for 31 years.

I have managed emergency highway repair work, which along with engineering solutions,

provided timely and cost effective methods to complete repairs. Experience includes

State, County & City Highways, Site Improvements, Subdivisions, Earth Filled Dams,

Corps of Engineers, USFS, FAA Airports and Department of Energy projects.
