Responsible for the Publisher Solutions Engineering team (PSE) in driving product requirements through the
product and engineering organizations, finding product gaps and opportunities and designing custom solutions for
publishers and Yahoo properties. Drove publisher product requirements for Yahoo!-Google ad marketing deal.
Recommended and drove complex product and implementation decisions through senior management (VP level and
above). Coordinated with managers of other teams across the publisher and support businesses to set strategy of the
larger group, prioritize activities and solidify collaborative processes. Designed and deployed ad solutions currently
running on eBay, CNet, Walmart and Comcast.
Created and led the PSE team and built it into a business critical solution design team supporting Yahoo’s
Publisher business.
Established formal communication channels and processes between the publisher business and the product and
engineering groups. Acted as the liaison between these groups and managed all requirements gathering, product
enhancements, rollouts and approvals that affected the partner business, accounting for $1B in yearly revenue.
