loan closings. Company was trying to generate new mortgage business by placing individual Loan Officers inside real

estate offices. Built and trained real estate agents at Wardley Real Estate (later sold to Coldwell Banker) on the mortgage

process. Received significant production awards from GMAC for outstanding capture rate.

Fostered solid relationships with new/existing KeyBank clients, ranking #3 for personal production out of 30 in

entire state of Utah. Bank set production goals for all Relationship Managers. Nurtured relationships with ongoing clients

locations. Acquired and maintained company’s licensing in multiple states. Managed trust accounts averaging over $25M

clients and their needs for Loan Officer. Generated $40K in additional personal income per month for the LO.
