Sunset Country Club
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the entire club with an annual sales
volume of $2.1 million. F&B sales accounted for close to $1 million annually.
Club’s membership is 460 members. Sunset is a full service country club
with an 18 hole golf course designed by John LaFoy in the mid 90’s, full
service pro shop, 8 tennis courts, an Olympic sized swimming pool opened
seasonally, 2 restaurants offering both lunch and dinner, and banquet
facilities that can accommodate up to 600 people.
The management team consists of a Clubhouse Manager, Controller,
Membership Specialist, Golf Professional, Golf Course Superintendent, and
an Executive Chef. The club employs 45 people in the off season and 65
during peak season.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Lead, inspire, and motivate the management team as well as every
employee on a daily basis.
Create excitement and enthusiasm for the membership via well-planned
activities and membership involvement.
Promote the club positively at all times and interact with the membership on
a daily basis.
