Chief Information Officer
Reporting to the Mayor, oversee all technology aspects for the City with an annual budget of
approximately $1.75 million. Infrastructure management includes all technology used by the City’s 1800
municipal, public safety and school employees that include hardware, software, telecommunications and
networking infrastructure. Manage all the operational, functional and project management aspects of IT
for the Municipal Government. Provide staffing and budget guidance in all areas relating to the use of
Information Technology, application development, data network and telecommunications. Direct
information management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, business process re-engineering and
database system strategies and setup overall direction for internal business systems and manage IT
Vendors. Direct IT compliance and serve as primary spokesperson for information management and
