Vice President – responsible for ISDA Master Agreement negotiations for financial and physical transactions.

• Managed all aspects of physical and financial commodity negotiations and approvals process for North American

Commodity, Private Wealth Client and Municipal ISDA Master Agreements, Guarantees, Confirmations and

using an Excel spreadsheet. Recommended to sales force pricing structures from firm to floating, term of deal(s),

margin, swing and recall rights, straddles, triggers, and other products developed by back office.

• Finalized and locked in all NYMEX pricing transactions with Trading after receiving executed customer

contracts for monthly, yearly, and multi-year deals.

• Managed tariff changes to utility gas tariffs that impact pricing in a competitive market and business

environment. Up-to-date gas tariffs permitted the pricing proposals for clients to accurate, profitable and concise

in meeting sales objectives and revenue goals.

CONECTIV ENERGY SUPPLY, INC. Newark, DE 2000 to 2001

Contracts Consultant – assisted trading in setting up new client contracts for new business opportunities.

• Negotiated terms and conditions and credit terms with multiple counterparties throughout the US as business

opportunities developed for the sale of power to regions other than PJM. Executed Transmission Service

Agreements.

• Utilized EEI, ISDA, and WSPP contracts wherever possible. Consulted with Contracts, Credit, Legal, and

Trading to insure adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Negotiated Enabling Agreements and Credit

Guarantees.

WILLIAMS ENERGY MARKETING & TRADING COMPANY Media, PA, Woodbridge, NJ 1997 to 2000

Account Director, Retail Sales Manager – developed existing and new business clients to improve the business.

• Managed Request for Bid proposals for long term sales to utilities, local distribution companies, and large

industrial accounts for natural gas and power sales. Presented potential power deals in PJM, NYISO, and ISO-

NE. Developed solid relationships with Operations, Structure, and Trading. Set up zonal gas trigger pricing deal

for large Canadian gas utility.

• Prepared sales proposals and presentations for small and large commercial and industrial accounts in the

NY/NJ/PA region. Coordinated pricing structures with Trading Group. Proposed bundled services such as

telemetry, billing solutions, communications, and distributed generation (micro-turbines). Opened Duluth, GA,

retail office for WESCO.

GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITIES CORPORATION Parsippany, NJ 1991 to 1996

Contract Specialist – managed and maintained contracts for natural gas, oil and transportation.

• Managed $100 million of energy contracts. Monitored and supervised natural gas and oil shipments and

managed NJ and PA inventory locations. Coordinated deliveries to Sun Oil Marcus Hook, PA and managed

inventory at Sun and Gilbert Terminal, Hellertown, PA. Utilized shared storage capabilities with PP&L at Sun

Oil. Purchased #6, kerosene, #2 fuel oil and natural gas for generating stations in NJ and PA as generation

requirements dictated.

• Supervised and trained two administrators in the fuel operation, supply, and transportation functions of the

department.

Reviewed and evaluated energy storage and transportation proposals for the Power Marketing Team/Gas Pool

and determined the positive or negative effect of the proposals. Negotiated and administered several pipeline

transportation contracts with major intra and inter-state shipping companies that resulted in cost savings exceeding

$2 million.

• Team member for several steam/combustion turbine conversion and new turbine construction projects in New

Jersey and Pennsylvania. Projects were completed successfully within 90% of budgeted dollars and 88% of time

parameters.

• Utilized e-commerce strategies for procurement of operating and transportation supplies that provided 15%

savings.

• Prepared short to long-range oil and natural gas Fuel Forecasts for Corporate Budget and Treasury Departments.

Senior Staff Administrator – Staff Administrator, Fuel Resources – responsible for all fuels and transportation.

• Procured various grades of fuel oil and natural gas for power generating units throughout New Jersey using spot

and contract requirements. Procured $60 million dollars of fuel annually. Annual fuel savings from $2-3 million

consistently attained.

Team member on several steam/combustion turbine conversion and new turbine construction projects in New

Jersey and Pennsylvania. Provided gas and oil delivery options, and developed capacity and transportation

utilization strategies. Managed two major natural gas conversion projects for contract compliance.

Managed and negotiated barge contracts for spot and term charters in the NY and Philadelphia harbors.

Project Manager for underground storage tank replacement program and underground fuel inventory monitoring
