environments; monitoring and maintaining maximum uptime of RDF/PDF feeds, IDB
feeds and of multiple exchange driven WOMBAT feed handlers

and network operations groups for problem resolutions; Triarch id creations and
entitlement permissions or revocations via DACS; provided on-call and weekend support
as part of a team rotation schedule; assisted in documentation of Market Data
