Primary responsible as civil/structural field engineer trouble shooting problems and
developing strategies to plan, execute and complete construction activities. My position
began in the FEED stage of the project in which duties involved developing plans for the
temporary facilities layout, lay down areas, site access and security. Once on site, the
installation of temporary facilities, beginning civil/structural work including site work,
piling, concrete work, and structural steel for the green field site were priorities. Duties
while following the work activities mentioned, included answering/generating RFI’s,
FRC’s, DCN’s, FCN’s and CSI’s along with preparing written scopes of work for the
contracts group.
