Projects

Participated in two international audit teams (along side KPMG) responsible for assessing inventory processes for a GE

Motors plant in Brazil and a GE Electrical Distribution plant in Puerto Rico with $25MM and $3.6MM of inventory on hand,

respectively. Took major steps in improving inventory processes driving US GAAP compliance in the Brazilian plant by

coaching physical inventory processes mimicking US procedures.

Took major role in the capitalization of engineering effort compensation driving $0.5MM of operational margin, while

creating a sound, GAAP compliant, tracking model for accounting reconciliation purposes.

Compliance

Ensured regular adherence and compliance to all financial and EHS policies. Participated in EHS councils and enforced

sound EHS practices at the plant level. Also prepared balance sheet account reconciliations driving 800K of aging

balances throwback.

Coordinated the 2009 fixed asset inventory for all US/MX (maquiladoras) locations (>25 locations in total). Total FC cost
