PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

INFOSOFT CORPORATION, Miami, FL

Managing Director (2000 to Present)

Direct all resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives for global IT

consulting company. Hold autonomous decision-making authority for all financial and

operation issues, with a focus on IT consulting services, custom system integration

solutions, staffing administrative and technology positions. Manage 15 direct and 50

indirect professionals at multiple locations with a $3 million operating/capital budget.

- Designed and architected interface between SAP and more than 20

ExxonMobil Terminals in 13 countries. System fully automates orders for

2000 plus truck loads daily.

- Managed the InfoSoft outsourcing team for ExxonMobil divestment of Brazil

assets to Cosan LTDA Brazil which developed automated interface between

SAP and 5 newly acquired terminals. Negotiated support agreement with

Cosan LTDA Brazil to support interface.

- Led the InfoSoft outsourcing team for ExxonMobil divestment of Puerto Rico

and U.S. Virgin Island assets to Total Petroleum France and consulted on

design of automated interface between ERP and 1 newly acquired terminal.

- Teamed directly with Norwegian Cruise Line and Microsoft to migrate

Norwegian Cruise Line Intranet to SharePoint Content Manager for 14 Ships

and 3 global offices. Evaluated and helped select additional replication

software to sync content via satellite to all ships.

- Established partnership with ExxonMobil Marine Fuels during their birth and

supply contracted resources which comprise 30 percent of their staff. This

business went from a startup in 2000 to over 40 million in net profit by 2008.

- In 2007 negotiated preferred vendor agreement with Pinnacle/ EDS to provide

staffing for administrative and technology positions.

- Partnered with IBM to design infrastructure for Cosan LTDA Brazil to support

newly acquired petroleum terminals.

PREMIER SOFTWARE CORPORATION, Miami, FL

Senior Consultant, Project Manager & Developer (1997 to 2000)

Personally provided consulting services to Exxon and then ExxonMobil as well as

managed and staffed IT consulting for the majority of client server application and

development solutions for ExxonMobil Caribbean and Central America.

- Established an IT staffing solution to provide expert IT consulting services for

application development and support for ExxonMobil Affiliate.

- Re-engineered the existing Controls and Security system Exxon International

used for global internal audits. System used to house and report all internal

audits at all ExxonMobil affiliates globally.

- Teamed to architect and design fully integrated critical business systems for

ExxonMobil Supply and Distribution shipping business.

- Architected and designed FDA testing trials software for a variety of new

pharmaceuticals for Baxter Healthcare.

- Generated new business opportunities providing $800K in new consulting
