** ***** ** environmental health and safety management and loss control consulting in
manufacturing (food, medical devices), utilities (water, power) and insurance.
I have been able to instill in leadership what to focus their efforts on to hit targets they were aiming
for. Along the way I have made it a point to uniquely utilize resources to improve work comp, risks
in the environment and property damage as an early sign of a process needing a fix. I am enthusiastic
about designing training to get at the compliance problem but also address employee’s knowledge
that results in improved performance. Learning to listen to the workers and dogged perseverance to
implement and follow through on their ideas has made a difference.
