HIGHLIGHTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Spearheaded 50% sales increase to $12M in Southwest Region for Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. Company had

traditionally built business through acquisitions. Strongly made the case for expanding geography with existing product

lines. Identified Southwest as target area and negotiated cost effective agreement with a manufacturer. Achieved first

year revenue far in excess of expectations.

Halted decline in gross margin by creating metrics and new guidelines at Flow Solutions. Pricing was under

pressure from customers, margins were decreasing and company did not have appropriate metrics to properly assess and

evaluate product delivery and customer service. Determined new means of measuring what customers were buying,

timely delivery of products, error rate and service variables. Retrained sales force with consideration of new metrics.

Regained confidence from customers, maintained pricing, and stopped margin decline.

Generated $8M in new revenue for Metron through visionary approach. Metron was in competition to win

business with major semiconductor manufacturer that needed to reduce contamination created from field welds required

on gas system installations. Convinced manufacturer that the solution was to build an off-site cleanroom to prefabricate

the gas systems, which would minimize the number of field welds. Metron won contract and supplied 100% of the

process requirements, generating $8M revenue.

Increased sales over $24M at Kyser by negotiating exclusive agreement with largest supplier. Worked out

agreement with Entegris, Kyser’s largest supplier, to terminate its agreement with other distributors and work

exclusively with Kyser for nationwide product distribution. Opened new Kyser branch operations in selected new

market areas and set the stage to ultimately distribute Entegris products nationwide to the semiconductor industry.
