ATA Closing Agent: C# thin client application for closing agents to use it from remote locations

ATA Sales: VB 6 thin client application for marketing teams. They can manage their

customers and access their data from remote locations.

ATA Scan: This is a process created in C# for moving the scanned documents to the file

server and send emails to various entities depending upon the type of document.

Web portals

ATA Customer Portal: Developed in asp.net on .Net framework 1.1 and later upgraded to 2.0.

Here customers can register themselves, can place orders and view the status of their

loans. They can also download various loan documents which are generated at run time

and search for old scanned documents.

ATA Closing Agent Portal: A portal for closing agents, where they can view their orders,

download the documents required for closing, upload the signed documents, generating

FedEx labels to send packages to lenders and ATA.

ATA Borrower: A portal for borrowers to view the latest status and download their documents.

RealEC Web Services: Web service application developed in C# to communicate with

RealEC. RealEC has more than 200 events and ATA is the only company in the country to

implement all the events required for Countrywide, in a record time of less than 3 months.

ATA Web Services: Web service application developed in C# for all the thin client applications

LOS Portal: New web site for selling leads to the loan officers. This site also provides the

products from Fidelity and FirstAmerican. It also provides various property reports and

comparisons. This site is integrated with CallFire to make phone calls from this website.

EPIC wanted to market this solution, so it is designed so as any client can use the services and

it is easy to customize for other clients.

for the Analysis. Design the unit test cases based on use case diagrams.

all types of company information. As a Group Leader of Optegra Vault product, I was

responsible for all development; maintenance and release related activities from the client's site

and for on-going interactions with the clients. My responsibilities included
