Assigned to a very Fast Paced, exciting Project, with extremely aggressive deadlines, providing the IT
solution for merging a company that has gone into bankruptcy and been purchased by another Party
Planning Business. Responsible for the coordination and the completion of this project. Oversee all
aspects of the merging of these companies. Set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, monitored and
summarized progress of the project. Prepared reports for upper management and the Business
Sponsors regarding the status of the project.

Senior Project Manager – Network Engineering – June 2007 to Dec 2008

Managing IT development projects for three Network Engineering Inventory Management applications,

Managed new service bureau and licensee customers Carrier Access Billing (CABS) implementations,
exceeding customer requirements and increasing company revenue. Communicated with internal and
external management and the users to determine specific program and project requirements. Provided
leadership from inception of new contracts, through implementation; managing project schedules,
resource allocations, change control, risks, and expenses, ensuring that customer deadlines were
satisfied within project budgets.

IT-Senior Business Analyst, 2000 – 2001
Sr. Business Analyst supporting all aspects of life-cycle development and work ed very closely with the
Business partners and Data Customers. Managed the full life-cycle of a variety of project management
assignments, communicated project updates and statuses to all levels of management. This position
required regular interaction and coordination with many cross -functional groups including development
teams, business teams, customers and infrastructure and internal operational and technology groups.

Performed as Lead Business Analyst for Excel’s entry into the local phone service market, a proof of
concept project resulting in a new line of business, which accounted for 30% of the company’s
revenue.
Led mediation team for the quality conversion and implementation of a new $13 million billing platform
which serviced 7+ million customers. Defined deliverables were completed on time and 10% under
budget, satisfying the customers’ requirements.

Authored all necessary business requirements, functional requirements and detailed design

Led wireless communications project, managing the entire project life cycle including request for quotes,

networks, resulting in a significant decrease in land-line costs for 10 largest banking customers.
IT Senior Business Analyst, 1994 - 1996
Converted three major banks, including 100+ full service branches in Puerto Rico, from 1994 through
1996. This effort required direct, on-site contact with the customer. Gathered requirements, facilitated
