The project involved migration of existing legacy mortgage systems to a new enhanced web based system. This

application was about automation of a loan life cycle that addressed all aspects of the lifecycle, starting from loan

application to loan closure. It automates complex, inefficient and labor-intensive aspects of lending; including

automated customizable workflow, compliance, document preparation management, vendor interfaces and

customer relationship management. This project also involved Process Audit to provide with the better

understanding of the business processes. The application software automates the actual loan origination process

used by mortgage professionals. It allows the clients or the loan officers to fill in the online appl ication so that the

loan officers can Pre-Qualify and Pre-Approve the prospective clients. The application can order credit reports,

appraisal and settlement services and deliver loan file to processors. It provides loan officers, processors, sales

representatives of the banks and underwriters with unique views, in the form of personas of the company's loan

data, tailored to their role in the loan origination process and personalized to fit their needs.
