commercial masonry contractor.

• Responsible for preparing cost estimates from architectural prints for masonry projects

ranging from $50,000 to $300,000.

• Prepared bid proposals, ordered materials and researched stone, brick, pre fab fireplaces

and other products.

• Worked closely with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors; took project measurements in

the field to revise bids and estimates.

Interior Designer (Supplemental to Byrcyn Construction)

Provided interior design services for a wide array of clients for residential and kitchen remodeling

projects. Responsible for meeting project deadlines while developing memorable, tasteful and

• Worked closely with clients to develop project specs and cost estimates; collaborated with

project managers, vendors, architects and building managers to coordinate schedules.
