Project Manager for East region with annual revenues exceeding $2.5M per year.

Responsible for assisting the Business Development Directors and Solutions Architects with scoping potential

engagements including writing statements of work, preliminary project plans, and estimating worksheets .

Serve as liaison between business teams, technology teams and support teams.

Met with key stakeholders in order to gather requirements on proposed projects .

Analyzed those requirements to provide a feasibility report along with time and cost estimates.

Managed the Project portfolio to insure visibility across all projects.

Phillips-Van Heusen: Resolute redefined the corporate intranet for Philips Van Heusen.

Key Responsibilities: Gathered requirements through stakeholder and end user workshops. Aggregation

and analysis of all stakeholder and user feedback. Provide weekly financial reports to client through

status meetings. Maintain overall project time line and deliverable schedule.

NFL: Resolute developed a pilot deployment of Exchange 2007 as a means to validate and finalize the strategic

deployment plan and scope required to support the architecture, deployment and m igration of the league

organization and 32 teams onto Exchange 2007.

Key Responsibilities: Aggressive timeline and substantial delays in hardware delivery and set up prior to

project kick-off. Despite these obstacles, the project stayed o n schedule, and key milestone dates met.

Project was completed within budget and customer signed on second phase of engagement – OCS

deployment.

Covanta Energy Corp- Resolute provided consulting support for review and architecture assistance as required

of the current deployment of MOSS 2007 with the goal of an enterprise ready portal platform to serve the needs

of Covanta into the future.

Key Responsibilities: Customer expectation exceeded scope of SOW. Key personnel changes provided

additional challenges to the comp letion of the original engagement. I provided knowledge transfer to

Solutions Architect and conducted weekly meetings with resources and customer to meet key

milestones. Additional work was suggested and sold in addition to the success of the MOSS 2007

engagement

Microsoft Corporation New York, NY

Regional Operations Coordinator- Financial Services Group July 1997-October 2004

Led regional operations team and shared financial responsibility with the General Manager for Ser vices which had total

revenue responsibility of $34M. Sole responsibility for the distribution and maintenance of $5M BIF budget for Financial

Services Group.
