- Working in the pilot plant to determine the cost and energy efficient novel food processing technique.
- Supporting the bench top and pilot plant processing stage of new soup formulations.
- Supporting the studies to achieve product consistency at different locations.
- Providing assistance in special batch processing, process simulation and thermal processing.
- To develop PFDs, analyze data and suggest the recommendations to process engineers for scale-up to plants.
- Working in lab to determine the parameters for process safety and product consistency.
