• Coordinated tests of Sonus Network Border Switch project between Network Operations, Data

o Client side evaluations of current GCS application.

Provided client access of GCS application for hands on evaluation and side by

side comparisons with CDRSS. Client evaluations will identify additional client

Addressed GNS customer needs to promote customer buy in of GCS

application.

• Participated in Neteeza data warehousing project of call detail records where I was to be

transitioned for end user support. Function entailed the following-

o Neteeza servers to house most recent three month records of CDRs (Call Detail Records).

o CDR records linked to customer records and invoices via OLAP cubes.

o Documented all system maintenance procedures.

o Participated in client side meetings to resolve outstanding data warehousing issues.

Billdats Software System Specialist

Verizon Global Network Systems- Data Mediation, Dec 2003 through Dec 2006

• Developed and programmed formats and filters of incoming call detail revenue files from Lucent,

Nortel, Sonus, and CLEC switches based on requirements and specifications gathered from
