POSITION CHRONOLOGY
DNB FIRST BANK – DNB First is the oldest Community Bank in Chester County (est. 1860), and is a
community Bank serving Chester and Delaware counties. This bank is a full service bank specializes in
consumer and business services and loans.
Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager – Responsible for the West Chester Borough location of DNB
First. This branch had deposits of $20,000,000 in 2007 when I became manager and at the end of 2008 has
deposits of $44,000,000. This position was responsible for developing the West Chester market which is
dominated by businesses. The major thrust during my time with DNB First has been spent in managing the
Branch with two employees while maintaining a structured Business Development schedule. During the past
two years the West Chester Branch has been the fastest growing branch for DNB First in revenue growth,
new accounts and loan production. Major new customers include the County of Chester. (January 2007 –
February 2009).
COMMERCE BANK – Commerce Bank is a major financial institution with branch offices spanning from
New Hampshire to Florida.
Store (Branch) Manager – Responsible for the Westtown Branch managing fourteen employees. This
branch had deposits of $54,000,000 which included major customers such as The Downingtown School
District and several local School jurisdictions. The major responsibilities included managing the branch and
business development. This branch opened approximately 100 new relationships per month which included
consumer and business accounts. (September 2006 – January 2007).
CITIZENS BANK – Citizens Bank is a major financial institution covering the northeast corridor of the
United States and extending out to the Ohio valley.
Branch Manager – Responsible for the Westtown In-store branch of Citizens Bank managing seven
employees. This branch had deposits of $22,000,000 which was considered large for an In-store branch in
Chester County. During my tenure at Citizens I also managed the East Bradford branch in conjunction with
the Westtown branch for six months. (February 2005 – September 2006).
NATION HOME REPAIRS – Owner operator of a home repair business including custom carpentry,
hardwood flooring installation, painting and general home maintenance. Business was conducted in the
Chester/ Lancaster county region. (2003-2005).
FLEXIBLE CIRCUITS, INC. -- Flexible Circuits is a global manufacturer of flexible printed circuit
boards utilized by virtually all major manufacturers of defense equipment. Examples of the type of
equipment would be F-16 and F-18 fighter jets as well as Tactical Tomahawks and JDAM missile systems.
Major customers include Raytheon, Honeywell, BAE Systems, Textron Defense Systems, Rockwell Collins
and Lockheed Martin. These products are also utilized within the medical industry. Flexible Circuits has
been in business for forty years.
Account Manager – Responsibilities include account management of East Coast based customers including
Canada and the United Kingdom. Initiated the BAE contract for their JDAM missile systems program.
(April 2002 – September 2003).
SCI SYSTEMS - SCI was a diversified global electronics contract manufacturing services provider,
offering products for the computer, peripheral, telecom, medical, industrial, consumer, entertainment,
aerospace and defense industries, and for the U.S. Government. For the fiscal year ending 6/30/01, net
sales totaled $8.71 billion. SCI was acquired by Sanmina Inc. in 2001.
Global Major Account Manager - Manage the global activities and sales growth of Lucent Technologies,
Symbol Technologies, Xerox and Motorola. This position also required coordination of current business
within all manufacturing locations as well as coordination between SCI engineering and the customers
engineering groups. Initiated the Xerox pricing contract for the San Jose manufacturing location valued at
$10 million dollars.
CFM TECHNOLOGIES - CFM Technologies designed, manufactured and marketed wet processing
equipment for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries. CFM was acquired by Mattson
Technology in 2000.
Director of Sales Operations - Managed the Inside Sales Account Managers providing order entry,
quotations, and customer support. Manage the global forecast process for sales.

AMP INCORPORATED, Harrisburg, PA - The worldwide leader in Electronic/Electrical Connectors
and Devices with annual sales of $5 billion. AMP was acquired by Tyco Industries in 1999.
Global Account Manager for Xerox and Eastman Kodak -- Managed global sales and
marketing assignment of $50 million increasing these accounts 16%. Responsible for
sales personnel globally as well as profit and loss and global program management.
Negotiated the Xerox global pricing agreement resulting in a $25 million dollar fixed two
year contract.
Global Account Manager for Tellabs, DSC, and ADC Telecommunications -- Managed
global sales and marketing for these accounts within the Global Communications
Business Group. Increased sales in this $29 million assignment 25%. Negotiated global
pricing contracts for both accounts resulting in $15 million dollars in guaranteed business
over two years.
Associate Director, U.S. Sales and Marketing -- Managed the Communications
Equipment Manufacturers for the U.S. Increased sales 12% while managing this $40
million marketplace.
District Sales Manager, Northeast District (New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) --
Managed 14 sales engineers and two district application engineers as well as a distributor
network. Increased sales 50% from $20 million to $30 million in two years. Promoted
two of my direct reports into management positions.
Manager, Product Marketing, Printed Circuit Board Products -- Initiated and co-managed
the high-speed, impedance-matched microstrip connector program. Had responsibility for
pricing, profit and marketing of this connector system.
Market Manager, Industrial Division -- Managed two separate industries with annual
domestic sales of $20 million. Initiated and managed programs within these industries
that resulted in over 11% growth. Negotiated global contracts for Rockwell International
and Westinghouse resulting in increased market share of $5 million dollars.
Senior Sales Engineer, Industrial Division -- Top producer with major account
responsibility.
