Oversee general production operation. Assist in all aspects that contribute to timely pharmacy deliveries.

This includes dictating a proper workflow in production, streamlining departments to eliminate down

time, making necessary arrangements to assist all departments including outsourced driver services,

resolving all pharmacy discrepancies, communicating to IT when necessary, communicating vital

information to techs and Rph and delegating orders effectively and properly.

Maintain and control a tight budget through minimal OT, proper inventory, effective training and cross-

training in all divisions.

Perform staff meetings, head tech meetings and motivational meetings.

Oversee monthly expired-med check, error tracking logs and HIPAA regulations.

Oversee and control all STATS, missing doses and pull order procedures.

Assist purchasing department with handling all no-stock related issues in the pharmacy.

Liaison in pharmacy to account managers, DON and administrators.

Pharmacy Floor Supervisor

pharmacy if necessary.

Lead and supervise inventory crew quarterly.

Assist with Rescot, Workflow and other computer related issues (i.e. misc. pharmacy re-labels, generate

backorder labels, labels for control room, conversion labels for liquids and 24 Hr Ud, workflow

manifest and order detail)

Enforce and maintain the pharmacy backorder procedures. Communicate stock issues to purchaser, Rph

or billing as needed. Assist in coding backorder completion labels daily. Follow through that all

outstanding backorders are satisfied in a timely manner.

Perform interviews for potential candidates. Host pharmacy tours. Assist with recruiting, terminations

and disciplinary actions.

Assist with pharmacy schedule, performance reviews and evaluations.
