• Responsible for the supervision of 4 Operators, 2 Material

• Train new hires; completed certifications for 1 forklift and 3 QA

• Track production against schedule producing hourly reports and
daily summaries submitted in WORD and Excel format to plant

• Identify, document, and schedule 5S procedures for various

Toshiba, and Cincinnati-Milacron ranging from 40-550 tons.
• Work with Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, Tooling
E ngineer, and Warehouse/Shipping Manager to generate a
daily/weekly/monthly molding production schedule.
• Follow tooling PM records to accommodate scheduling downtime for
maintenance and repair work
• LPA Auditor; conduct weekly audits on production f loor in all areas
• Fill in as needed in tool room for mold repair; ability to operate NC
l athe, mill, surface grinder, and most general machine shop
equipment pertaining to mold repair

• Participate in and lead Kaizen events; headed up a minimum of one
event per quarter
• Create SOP’s for individual work cells; started this initiative from
scratch
• Gave performance reviews on my own on a quarterly basis vs. the
mandatory yearly to give employees better feedback and boost
p roductivity by identifying problems and correcting them early.

for Daimler/Chrysler.

• Equipment consisted of 60 presses (30 Cincinnati-Milacron, 6 JSW,
20 HPM, and 4 Mitsubishi) in the 75-750 ton range.
• Document molding processes for submission to engineering
• Train incoming mold hangers and process technicians; Developed 21
day “crash course” including 10 page workbook to bring 2 techs who
were promoted from mold hangers up to company expectations.
