needs. This includes ideation, research, lay-out, writing, project organization and presentation. Assisted

new business pieces. Assisted with clerical and administrative support when needed.

One thing I learned at this job: the importance of teamwork and communication with all employees

Designed web and print advertisements for store events, promotions, and featured products.

Designed in-store signage, custom stationery and invitations. Responsible for photographing,

editing, and uploading of all new products to the online web-store. Coordinated special store

events and bridal seminars.

Responsible for designing images and identities for the company website that communicate and

advertise featured products and seasonal company events. Providing highly organized administrative

support to the company owner.

One thing I learned at this job: the ability to organize and create projects on short notice with little

Responsible for providing guests with professional dining service in a fast paced

environment. Responsible for training new employees, closing serving shifts, help set-up, coordinate,

run, and take down various special dinner events. Also, able to interact with a variety of different

Chicago Collaborative Independent Study

April 2007

Graphic Design and Architecture students collaborated on a conceptual design for the 2016 Olympics.

Objectives were to design and present a structure that will impact the community members and

visitors while focusing on the environment and sustainability.

One thing I learned at this job: to always consider important factors such as the community or the

environment when brainstorming project ideas.
