of $2M on revenue of $8M (25% ROS vs 5% ROS in 2006).
Responsible for P&L, budget, pricing, revenue, timing and delivery. Lead
responsibility for launching prototype door trim assembly shipments.
Continuous, effective communication with the customer, account management team
and suppliers.
Product Manager – Saline Material Cost Reduction 12/05 – 08/07
Achieved $600K/yr. cost savings: $300K from consolidating component shipping
racks, $300K/yr. in material revisions.
Utilized multiple processes to identify and achieve savings including internal product
“blitzes”, benchmarking, customer VA/VE events and supplier reviews.
Launch Manager – Ford Customer Business Group 03/04 – 01/05
Launched multiple products (including the instrument panel, door trim and console)
for the new Ford Mustang to market within tight budget and time constraints that
