Professional Experience:
EHS Program Management
Administered EHS programs and activities related to fixed plant and R&D facilities, pollution control, hazardous
materials, transportation and safety and training programs in accordance to 29 CFR 1910 (Gen Industry) and 1926
(Construction). Ensured compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, safety, and fire
regulations in U.S. and Mexican facilities utilizing Process Safety Management in chemical manufacturing environment.
Implemented EHS program manual in construction, manufacturing and waste management settings . Designed and
piloted EHS MS tool to mana ge compliance based on Enviance and JJKeller (C ompliance Management Systems).
Audits and Inspections
Performed regular safety, health and environmental inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
including energy control, confined spaces, machine guarding, equipment controls, and environmental permits.
Construction
Managed on-site EHS programs for both direct labor and contractor oversight. Create site plans and reviewed

Hazardous Material Management

hazardous materials and dangerous goods. Maintain compliance with 49 CFR regulations for domestic and
international shipment of chemical packages.
Incident Investigation
Led accident and major incident investigations that involved both personal and property loss. Conducted root cause
analysis, “drilled” to prime and contributing factors, recommendations for corrective measures and follow thorough.
Industrial Hygiene and Monitoring
Conducted IH monitoring of processes to evaluate and control chemicals, contaminated soils, waste steams and
physical exposures. Create and maintain training and medical surveillance program records for personnel.
