Established SAP consulting department from inception through successful operation at USA/Canada.
Formulated strategies to generate $1 million with in first quarter of inception using, strong technical
capabilities and inter personal skills. Worked with client as a consultant to win the confidence of client
as a startup company. In turn it generated about $7 million revenues to firm.
Introduced innovative base level techniques to reduce cost in consulting, with proactive initiative
approach saved about 17% of operating expenses.
Led Project team of 480 people with $600 million budget, that planned and implemented SAP R/3,
BW, APO, KW and IDES across the continents of Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Identified
client Human Resource competencies, trained and directed them to manage their systems in long run.

Recruited Initially for Setting up SAP Technical System in house for RGS and administer the systems.
When there was a challenging requirement for RGS MNC client Sealed air Corporation, went to client site
for BPR. Architected complex SAP Landscape spread over to multiple continents. Become Project
Manager and Technical Architect by 1999. Optimized cost and time in implementation of projects.
Quickly advanced to Senior Manager and to Practice Head for RGS by 2001.
Managed multiple clients. Architected Infrastructure for SAP landscape of R/3, BW, KW, IDES at
Sealed air corporation. Headed Sealed air’s standard committee to setup SAP usage standards and
identified human resources to allocated responsibilities. Implemented and Managed IT Team and APO
Systems, Led SAP project for implementation of New Dimensional Products (BW, CRM, EBP) for
Exxon Mobile Corporation.
Managed Project and Project team to implement and architect data flow for BW-APO-PRISM-JD Edward
systems of multiple divisions of Wyeth-Ayres Pharmaceuticals, located across Europe and North
America.
Negotiated contracts and prepared project plan for upgrade of R/3 and BW systems for Fabrical and
Wolverine World Wide. Managed, Led and implemented SAP R/3, CRM, BW, APO components for
both clients.
Worked with clients as Program Manager, Project Manager, Systems Architect, Data Architect for various
types scenarios in SAP implementation process.
ERP Systems Group Management Overview
Managed 460 employees and oversaw a $11 million budget to research, plan, install, integrate and maintain
hardware, SAP software and networks to support over 1500 internal and external customers at RGS, Greenville –
SC facility
Conducted strategic planning including system upgrades, and capital, operating and line item budgets.
Negotiated/reviewed contracts. Performed system reliability analysis and cost justifications on system
replacements.
Controlled department purchasing and resource management. Tracked expenses and crossed with finance
department’s fixed asset reports and accounts payable and receivable to maintain budge integrity. Produced
management and staff reviews, determined salary increases and payroll budget.
Led project teams, and managed projects using Microsoft Project to direct teams handling of internal and client
hardware and software installations. Reviewed incident report summary and analyzed to determine repetitive
problems and diagnostics.
Headed Problem solving team for client technical problems with their SAP R/3 and New Dimension Product
