Sagadahoc Title Company was formed in response to requests and at the urging of well-established
clients from previous title company. Responsible for all areas of the business, including initial set-up,
marketing and sales, title abstracting, reviewing, and title insurance issuance, human resources,
reconciliation of recording, operating and escrow accounts, responsible for all compliance and financial
regulations, review of loan documents, closings, and all post-closing requirements.
WARRANTY TITLE COMPANY October 1997-August 2007
MAINE REGIONAL DIRECTOR Portland and Bangor, Maine
Established Warranty Title Company’s presence in Maine. Oversaw a staff of seven personnel, including
abstractors, attorneys, processors, administration and loan closers. Responsible for all abstracting,
marketing, and closing efforts. Developed and maintained relationships with clients, reviewed all titles
and resolved title issues, oversaw scheduling, processing, disbursements, post-closing and compliance
issues. With a “hands on” approach to management, and customer service that exceeded clients
expectations, I successfully grew the company from one employee conducting 20 closings a month, to
seven employees conducting over 150 closings a month.

Assisted a local attorney in establishing Mid Coast Title Company. Brought client relationships to the
