Responsible in charge of performing SDS page reconstitution

assays, product activity assays, ph and appearance of drug product

tests, and sample flow receipt logging into the validated database.

Understand means and methods of medical terminology, ultra

violet spectrophotometry, DNA transcriptions, translationions,

bacterial colonies, isolation, streaking, and creating agarose gels

along with electrophoresis. Additionally performed multiple

qiagen mini-preps on animal samples, plasmid DNA tests, sample

purifications, and extensive restriction digestive analysis.

Additional laboratory experience included gram staining, rodents

training, and bone marrow flushing. Completed studies in cell

biology, cloning, and homogenization of tissues using polytron

technology.
