Developed and implemented Project Management discipline, a media neutral
hub responsible for all Advertising Operations from conception through
distribution. Promoted to Managing Director heading up the newly formed unit
reporting into the CEO.
Responsible for all operational aspects of advertising content including media,
creative and production teams. Designed and managed shared services group
within local office. Well versed in client cost proposals, staffing and profit margin
goals by project and account.
2001 - 2004
Senior Vice President, Director of Operations
Reporting into the CFO, worked with Executive Board in defining initiatives and
deploying necessary resources to meet targeted objectives.
Integral in operations of key accounts in establishing agency-client systems to
enhance communications and increase efficiencies.
Established Agency Operating Committee with representatives from all key
departments in outlining process improvements and targeting key initiatives
throughout the organization.
Assigned as Integration Director for mergers and acquisitions including resource
deployment/restructuring, process standardization and system migration.
1999 -2001
Senior Vice President, Integrated Operations
Recruited to the agency in June 1999 to lead advertising operations servicing the
Dell Computer account. Responsible for all line and staff functions, process
improvements and key client deliverables for digital, broadcast and print
marketing communications.
Reporting to the Managing Director. Within six months, established process,
introduced technology solutions and redeployed staff resulting in a decline in
reworks, a reduction in overtime/staff turnover and a higher profit margin.
Had full responsibility for co-op program development to mitigate potential
agency liability, at up to 60% on $115MM media spend. Through three years on
the business, managed over 25,000 co-op orders with zero defects.

Originally recruited to direct manufacturing and distribution of advertising content.
Responsibilities grew with the organization to include General Management of all
ad operations including resources, projects, cost proposals and production.

state of the art technology including asset management and project tracking.
