1999-2001 attended ITT Technical Institute graduating with an Associates of Applied Science Degree

in Computer Networking System Technologies. Graduated with honors carrying a 3.62 grade point

average.

Qualifications

• 25 years of Administrative and Supervisory experience.

• Managed many areas, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory

control, customer service, shipping receiving and discrepancy resolution for these areas.

• Worked with freight companies in order to negotiate shipping contracts and then monitored service

for customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for computer infrastructure and telephone systems administration.

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Worked in purchasing, making major equipment purchases.

• Record keeping and calculation of sales commissions for 22 sales representatives.

• Experience dealing with large accounts in excess of a million dollars and also customer return

issues.
