Professional Employment History
Pulte Homes 2003 to 2009
Production Manager
• Completed five diverse communities for Pulte Homes including a variety of four story buildings with 32 to 40
family dwellings and two story carriage homes with 6 to 10 units per complex. Each unit was designed with
specifications unique to each community such as elevators, exterior climate controlled breezeway, parking
structures, amenities centers, pools, fitness centers, etc.
• Led the construction of three new projects. I worked closely with blueprints, architects, engineers and building
inspectors to resolve any potential building issues prior to submitting for final permitting. The knowledge acquired
during this process was incorporated into the final scope of work for subcontractors, vendors and building
superintendents.

• Utilized my vast understanding of commercial construction when bringing structures out of the ground in order to
successfully pass inspections. This requires a strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, concrete and steel
disciplines as it relates to the Florida State Building Codes.
• Trained nearly thirty superintendents, assistant superintendents, subcontractors and vendors to follow Pulte’s
standard operating procedures. Many of the newly hired superintendents had little or no field construction
experience therefore; I focused training on basic building fundamentals and time management. Additionally I
monitored each superintendent’s daily quality and production output to ensure timelines were achieved.
• Enforced the compliance with OSHA regulations by conducting daily tool box meetings and weekly inspections.
My diligence resulted in zero OHSA violations which eliminated construction site shut downs.
• Provided accurate and timely communications with the field team members, sales office, purchasing agents and
homeowners. My strong ability to multi-task and respond quickly to time sensitive changes in construction by
accurately informing appropriate field personnel resulted in promotions which expanded my responsibilities to
include the management of multiple communities simultaneously.
• W orked with different levels of state and city officials in order to establish a working relationship between Pulte
and the different counties to facilitate meeting all Florida building codes. The strength of my work ethic and
understanding of how to resolve issues gave the building officials the ability to pass inspections after the first
request keeping my jobs on schedule.
• Diligently recorded every job change order, building delay due to plan discrepancies or subcontractor issues as
well as weather delays to create an accurate history of each project. The information documented in these
reports became valuable information as we proceeded to re-build similar projects with improved budgets, more
accurate purchasing and stream-lined time schedules.
Seda Custom Homes 2001 to 2003
Production Manager
• Directed construction start up for new communities in residential construction including subcontractor selection,
blue print revisions and build time schedules.
• Assigned to build all Seda Custom homes, as well as all off site projects.
• Responsible for all communications with single family homeowners from plan review to closing.
Arvida Homes 1999 to 2001
Superintendent
• Recruited to help finish the Sawmill Lakes Community before the beginning of 2000 by rewriting build schedules
and working with the St. John’s County Building officials to expedite this goal.
• Monitor all change orders to meet homeowners’ expectations and relay information to the office and field in a
timely fashion.
Seda Custom Homes 1990 to 1999
Superintendent
• Responsible for building single family homes as specified by each different community to agreed quality, timelines
and budgets.
Independent Contractor 1985 to 1990
• Owned and operated a framing and concrete company.
• Responsible for estimating, selling and managing multiple jobs concurrently.

•This is a four year paid educational program for those entering the construction field
• Florida University 1978 to 1981
