commodities.

• Manage outsourcing strategies to support the closing of a highly vertically integrated

manufacturing operation at Cincinnati Machine.

• Develop qualified low cost sources in Eastern Europe and Asia that net landed cost

savings in excess of 30%. $13 million in estimated savings in 1998 thru 2005.

• Direct the development of a mainframe purchasing system for Lamb Technicon that

includes electronic quoting and paperless purchasing.

• As part of a functional team, develop a supplier rating system for Lamb Technicon based

on “cost to own” performance factors.
