Example of just a few key projects:
Annual Statement Mailing
Project management of high profile annual policy statement mailing, which involves
reporting direct Executive Board on a monthly basis. This project covers a statement
value being mailed out to every client. It involves managing 25 team members across 9
different departments, and working on highly complex data. Over the last three years
project has gone from being mailed six months late followed by hundreds of customer
complaints to mailing on time, to budget and including accurate customer data. All
resulting in a drastic drop in customer complaints.
Marketing & Compliance Database
Project was to develop and implement a full marketing database which held PDF
versions of all literature produced, including the record keeping of approvals from key
departments. Accurate record keeping is a strict requirement of the Financial Services
Authority and will be audited by them from time to time. Understanding key stakeholders
needs and incorporating their requirements was essential in ensuring the project was
successful. The system has been live for over 18 months and has revolutionized the way
the Marketing department work, eliminating the need for any paper documentation.
